1st Columbia's niche is positioned between the banks that only offer money to its best A++ credit clients and finance companies that lend money to anyone at extremely high rates of interest. Companies of 1st Columbia's nature will by and large lend you money at the same terms as their competition. All lenders borrow their money from the same source and therefore offer it to homeowner's at the same interest rates. In other words anywhere you go the interest rates and amount you may borrow are going to be similar based on the loan product that you choose and how well you qualify.

1st Columbia recognizes that the only way to prosper in this environment is to offer our clients service unlike any offered by our competition. Most homeowners have a lack of understanding the lending process. Without this knowledge they're either too afraid to talk to someone about refinancing or they end up choosing the wrong type of loan at the wrong interest rates.
